 Dr Rukhsana Ahsan BSc (Hons) PhD – Laboratory Director: Rukhsana is an hpc UK registered Clinical Scientist and has been involved in the field of clinical research for 25 years. She has gained experience in London hospitals, medical schools and clinical trial laboratories. She has been a study director for some 100 phase I-IV studies conducted on behalf of major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. She has also worked as lead scientist in assay development and validation using diverse analytical platforms. Previous roles have included, Principal Biochemist for the World Health Organisation, gaining international recognition for expertise on radioimmunoassays, work for the International Atomic Energy Agency and United States Agency for International Development.  Philip Sasson BA (Hons) Dip M FCIM – Commercial Director: Philip has a career spanning 26 years in international sales and marketing across a wide geographic area and diverse industries. Eleven of these have been at senior levels in the pharmaceutical and CRO sector where he has managed several product launches, corporate branding and positioning exercises and Business Development initiatives.
|  Dr Geoffrey Doran MD FRCPath – Non Executive Director: Geoffrey graduated at London University as a doctor of medicine. He has since worked as a chemical pathologist. He is a GMC listed specialist in chemical pathology. He worked at the Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School as a senior lecturer, and as a consultant specialising in general chemical pathology at the Charing Cross Hospital. He has worked in the areas of thyroids, diving medicine, and most recently in the evidence of biomedical injuries suffered through free radical peroxisations.
