Donor Testimonials

Donors provided their testimony voluntarily and they were not paid to provide a review of CTLS. Donors are compensated for their donations, not their testimonials.

I first donated blood at CTLS in 2014 and since then I have been giving blood regularly, every three months. The staff at CTLS are always very kind and friendly, I have never had even the smallest bruise on my arm and I was never in pain after donation. It is great to have a chat with a staff member while I am drinking my coffee in the lounge after blood donation. I moved in 2016, however, I still go back to London to donate blood regularly, as I really like the service and the team. I always have nice memories of the days of blood donation, as I combine it with a sightseeing trip in London.

Andrew-B - Andrew B.

I have been going to CTLS since 2018 and I find It is a great way to support the fight against incurable diseases. I encourage everybody to give blood as the staff at CTLS are extremely kind and helpful.

- Timea K.

I have donated blood with CTLS several times now and each time the staff have been professional and friendly. The centre is always very clean. I also won a promotional voucher for donating blood. I got a £50 Tesco voucher which was great. If you are thinking about donating blood, I would really recommend CTLS.

- Kayleigh D.

I feel comfortable, safe and warmly welcomed every time I visit the team. I've donated several times, both full blood and white blood cells. Each time, the person working with me has made sure that I understand what's going on and that I am happy with everything.

I've given blood with the NHS before, sometimes feeling quite a sharp scratch when the needle was inserted, resulting in a bruise. This hasn't happened with my donations at CTLS; they're diligent and very careful.

Every member of the team is so friendly, it's such a pleasure to walk in and say 'hello' to everyone. This is a really important factor which I really appreciate. I wholeheartedly recommend CTLS.

- Ben H.
